Confort Prestige Case Study
Overview
Confort Prestige has been installing HVAC systems, heat pumps, doors, and windows across the Laurentides and Rive-Nord regions since 2008. Over 5,000 installs. Real reputation, real word of mouth.
The site didn't reflect any of that. Someone landing on it had no real reason to trust them over a competitor. I built their full Webflow site with that in mind - make it look like a company people have been calling for 15 years, and make it easy for them to call again.
Problem
The previous site had never really needed to work. Most business came through referrals and word of mouth, and for a long time, that was enough.
The referral pipeline has limits, though. And when someone does land on your site cold, they're looking for reasons to call. The subsidies were a big missed opportunity - Quebec has programs that cover a real chunk of heat pump installation costs, and the old site said nothing about them. Their service catalog was also all over the place: HVAC, heat pumps, doors, windows, and energy efficiency. No obvious path through any of it.
The job was to build something that could actually carry the weight of what they offer.
Solution
I built the full site in Webflow. The main challenge was organization - their catalog covers HVAC, heat pumps, doors, windows, and energy retrofits, and the old site did not attempt to sort any of it. Someone landing on the page had no clear path to what they actually needed.
The subsidy section was probably the most useful thing we added. Quebec's government programs can cover up to $6,275 of a heat pump installation, and most people shopping for one have no idea. That number, presented clearly and early, changes how people think about the cost. It moves the question from "can I afford this?" to "when do I want this done?"
